Termination Date, Compromise Agreement, accruded untaken holidays

One of the key areas to agree on with your employer is the date on which your employment would end. This is known as the “termination date” or “departure date”.  This date must be included in your Compromise Agreement as your normal salary and any accrued untaken holidays would be paid up to and including the termination date.
