Breach of settlement agreement and repayment of enhanced redundancy pay

Following on from our post below, in some cases where an employee breaches the terms of the settlement agreement, the enhanced redundancy payment is treated as a debt payable to the employer. Therefore, if there is a breach, the employee would have to repay it in full.
