This blog is designed to give you information on Compromise Agreements. Most employees in this economic climate are being given a Compromise Agreement to sign by their employers on being made redundant. The employee is required to take legal advice from an independent legal advisor to ensure that the employee understands the full implications of what the employee is signing.
