Your employer may require you to take all of your outstanding holidays accrued up to and including the Termination Date (during the period prior to the Termination Date). In some cases your employer may ask you to take all outstanding holidays before your termination date in which case you will not be paid. Some employers may pay you for accrued untaken holidays but you have to ask to ensure that this is included in your Compromise Agreement.
