If you are Offered a Job during the Consultation Period

Sometimes your employer may give you a compromise agreement, you may have got as far as obtaining independent legal advice, and  you are offered a job during the consultation period. Would you be required to take your holidays or be paid for untaken accrued holidays?

Your employer may require you to take all of your  outstanding holidays accrued up to and including the Termination Date (during the period prior to the Termination Date).
