			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If an employee attends our office to receive advice on a compromise agreement and he/she appears to be and/or we are informed by the employee that he/she is feeling unwell, we will have to discuss with the employee whether the employee is able to appreciate the full implications of signing such an agreement.</p>
<p>In most cases, we would ask  the employee to sign a disclaimer to protect us in case this employee claims in the future, that he/she did not fully comprehend what he/she was signing.</p>
<p>We take this very seriously.</p>
